Another visitor from last winter is Canadian David. He spent some time in and around Paleochora many years ago and revisited last year. He now plans to spend as much time as possible down here.

Ahoy there, Matt

Matt, who used to be a chef on ocean liners, has been visiting Paleochora for the second winter running. He returns to the UK this week. Here he is pictured with Diane who has stayed over all winter.

We are leaving this lovely summer weather behind to visit the wastelands of South Lincolnshire again for a couple of weeks. When I return I promise I will blog more frequently!

Merry Christmas From All At Calypso!

We are off to England for a week to celebrate Christmas in the damp, cold, featureless wasteland of South Lincolnshire. We are still in t-shirts here. We must be crazy. But, as you can see by the picture of Anthony at last nights quiz, there are a lot of mental issues to be addressed.

Regulars return

Great to see Derek and Judy who live near Falasana on the N.W. coast of Crete. They had been in the UK for a few months - welcome back. They are looking forward to their first Chrismas Day in Greece.
Surprise!! Pat & Dennis visited Paleochora for a night this week. They are here every summer but wanted to see Crete out of season. They have been chuffed with the weather but didn't brave the sea. Here they are having lunch with Val (centre) 

Remember Keith?

I'm sure many of you will remember Keith who lived in Paleochora fro a few years. Well, congratulations are in order as he has (with B, his wife of course) produced a beautiful baby son called Felix.
