Paleochora regulars Denis and Pat were in last night for a bit of spice. Both enjoyed the Lamb curry - good job they pre-ordered it! Posted by Picasa

Viking Invasion!!!!!

We played host to 20 people on holiday in Paleochora from Norway last night. They comprise of 4 families and come to Crete every year. Thankfully there was little in the way of raping and pillaging going on and they behaved themselves impeccably! Posted by Picasa

Familiar Faces (to viewers of Police 5)

Returning for a second holiday to Paleochora, Dave & Gill have been in several evenings.
It's hard to believe that it's been 3 years since Rob & Paula were last here. That's when they got physically threatened by Andre Agassi for being too happy (a long but hilarious story)! Posted by Picasa
The Nicholsons, Alan & Linda have been terrific customers over the last couple of weeks. Come back and see us next year! Posted by Picasa

Ladies who paint

Yesterday, we had some delightful ladies on an art holiday from France. They have been painting in Hania and are now continuing their holiday in Paleochora. They decided to paint Calypso in watercolours as their project for the afternoon. The results are really very impressive, as you can see.

Sad Farewell

Duke & Jeff's (right, top & bottom) summer comes to an abrupt end today as they fly back to autumnal England. They have been 'in residence' since April. They are joined here by Canadian Pete, Olga, Stephen and Sam. Terry (at the head of the table) was given the task by the people of Gravesend akin to that of Stanley - "Go out into the wilderness, find 'em and bring 'em back!" Posted by Picasa

Some Sad Farewells

Bruce (who spent 3 months here last winter) only had a week's holiday to spend in Paleochora this time. He was joined by his lovely girlfiend, Sue, who I still can't believe turns into an ogre when she's working!

Babara, Centre, leaves paleochora in a few days time. She has been here since May and, you will remember, worked at Calypso for 2 months in the early season. Here she is joined by friends, Mima, left and Eva Posted by Picasa
